Job Title: Logistics Associate (Temporary Assignment)

Location: Fully Onsite

Duration: 2-Week Assignment

Pay Rate: $20/hr

Employment Type: Contract (Short-Term)

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and hands-on Warehouse Coordinator/Supervisor for a short-term, fully onsite assignment. This role is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, coordinating shipments, and maintaining efficient communication with both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to ensure all necessary information is shared to meet order fulfillment timelines and required delivery dates
• Authorize and manage all outbound shipments via UPS, Fed Ex, or other carriers; determine the most cost-effective and timely shipping methods
• Supervise daily warehouse operations, including order picking, packing, and shipping activities
• Ensure accuracy in order fulfillment and inventory handling processes
• Coordinate stock replenishment from local warehouse or distribution sites as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in compliance with company standards
• Monitor workflow and provide hands-on support to ensure daily operational goals are met

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or logistics experience required
• Experience with UPS/Fed Ex shipping systems or similar tools preferred
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Supervisory or lead experience in a warehouse setting is a plus
