You will coordinate with subcontractors, manage maintenance schedules, ensure compliance with gas safety regulations, and act as the first point of contact for day-to-day issues.
The role requires City and Guilds plumbing and heating qualifications, a full UK driving license, and strong teamwork and problem-solving
