Join our team as a skilled Handyman/Handywoman and make a real difference maintaining properties across multiple sites in the Ottershaw area.
Handyman/Handywoman
Location: Ottershaw
Pay: £21-£23 per hour
Job Type: Full-time
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Handyman/Handywoman to join our team. This is a varied role with work available immediately across multiple sites in the Ottershaw area.
Key Responsibilities:
- General maintenance and repair tasks (painting, mastic, carpentry, etc.)
- Assembling furniture and equipment
- Fixing minor issues in properties and on-site
- Ensuring work areas are clean and safe
- Adhering to health and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Handyman/Handywoman or in a similar role
- Valid CSCS Card (essential)
- Own tools (essential)
- Full UK driving licence (preferred)
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Pre-employment screening including drug and alcohol testing
