About the Role
We’re looking for an analytical and detail‑oriented Accounts Payable Analyst to support invoice processing, financial analysis, and system operations. This role plays a key part in resolving payment issues, improving processes, and ensuring accurate AP reporting.
Key Responsibilities- Research and resolve vendor payment issues.
- Support invoice processing, reconciliations, and payment investigations.
- Monitor system interfaces (Lawson, RETEK, MMS, KYRIBA, EDI).
- Perform monthly AP close and analyze system reports.
- Review and resolve interface errors and debit balances.
- Partner with teams to identify root causes and process improvements.
- Assist with reporting, KPIs, budgeting, and accruals.
- Support system testing and user training.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with SQL, queries, or reporting tools.
- Experience reading EDI data preferred.
- Excellent communication and organization skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Financial accounting experience.
- CAPP certification.
- Experience with audits or financial reporting tools.
