Accounts Payable

About the Role

We’re looking for an analytical and detail‑oriented Accounts Payable Analyst to support invoice processing, financial analysis, and system operations. This role plays a key part in resolving payment issues, improving processes, and ensuring accurate AP reporting.

• Research and resolve vendor payment issues.
• Support invoice processing, reconciliations, and payment investigations.
• Monitor system interfaces (Lawson, RETEK, MMS, KYRIBA, EDI).
• Perform monthly AP close and analyze system reports.
• Review and resolve interface errors and debit balances.
• Partner with teams to identify root causes and process improvements.
• Assist with reporting, KPIs, budgeting, and accruals.
• Support system testing and user training.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with SQL, queries, or reporting tools.
• Experience reading EDI data preferred.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

• Financial accounting experience.
• CAPP certification.
• Experience with audits or financial reporting tools.
