Pay Rate: $155,000 to 200,000/year., Depending on Experience
Location: Green River, WY 82935

- Lead, develop, and cross-train the accounts payable team - set priorities, assign work, and ensure coverage across payment runs and month-end close.
- Own the end-to-end AP cycle from invoice receipt through payment -- coding, three-way match, exception resolution, and posting.
- Oversee payment runs across all methods, confirming funding and proper authorization before release.
- Own the AP account and bank reconciliations.
- Govern the vendor master--vendor setup, verification, and changes, including independent verification of banking details to prevent fraud.
- Administer vendor tax reporting and compliance, and unclaimed property (escheatment).
- Define and report AP KPI's -- Invoice cycle time, on-time payment, aged/blocked invoices, duplicate-payment rate, and discount capture..
- Compliance with Company Financial Standards, internal controls, and SOX requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 7+ years of progressive accounts payable/accounting experience, including 3+ years supervising or leading an AP or Accounting team.
- Hands-on AP experience in SAP -- invoice verification, payment runts, month-end close, and account reconciliations.
- Experience with vendor tax reporting and foreign/cross border payments.
- Strong understanding of internal controls (SOX).
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Ability to hold a team and internal partners to deadlines and standards.
