Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to all three Learning Development
  • Assist Center Directors & Owner's Personal Assistant
  • Create documents, flyers, digital content, and monthly parent newsletter
  • Send mass parent communications/Update and maintain the MJLC website
  • Manage and schedule all social media posts
  • Maintain compliance with Virginia Childcare Licensing Standards
Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional, customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently in fast-paced environments.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, filing, and recordkeeping.
