Position Overview: The
Project Coordinator
supports the planning, execution, and completion of various projects within our project management team. This role involves administrative tasks, communication, and coordination among team members to ensure project milestones are achieved on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- 2-4 years’ experience in the following areas of the construction industry:
- administrative role(s)
- operations support
- subcontractor compliance
- AP entry of material and subcontractor application for payment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including but not limited to Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
