Seeking candidates for our Project Coordinator role, based of our Headquarters in Chesapeake Virginia, who thrive in a momentum, ownership, and team environments.

This is not a data-entry position—it’s a dynamic coordination role that demands big-picture awareness, strong judgment, and confident communication. You’ll manage projects from sales hand-off through delivery and close-out, ensuring customers, suppliers, and internal teams stay aligned.

• Coordinate with Sales Reps to review and launch new generator and ATS projects
• Manage submittal creation, resubmittal order entry, and production tracking
• Verify accuracy of vendor documentation before release
• Communicate proactively with customers about delivery, schedule changes, and site coordination
• Anticipate obstacles and elevate issues before they impact schedule or margin
• Prepare close-out packages, warranty documents, and project cost reports
  
  Participate in weekly sales and operations meetings to ensure alignment

• 1 – 3 Years in Project Coordination/Management
• Ability to receive direction and effectively communicate, verbally and in writing
• Strong Task Management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe
