PAY DEPENDENT ON EXPERIENCE!
Duties:
  • Maintain department schedule
    • Daily/Weekly data entry required
    • Ensure accuracy of technicians assigned
    • Confirm/Schedule all appointments with customer
      • Use text request, calendar, and job notes
  • Assist with Daily Dispatch
  • Maintain job files – ensure up to date paperwork
    • Paper File
    • Digital File
  • Respond to emails and job notes
  • Assist with verifying and uploading paperwork
    • Includes digital signature.
  • Assist with issue resolution
    • Research, documentation, etc.
  • Assist with Vendor management
    • This includes scheduling sub-contractors for services
  • Manage/Update technician documents for vehicles
    • Safety Data Sheets
    • On Call / Paperwork File Folders
  • Assist with department supply management
  • Accept/Decline jobs during business hours
    • Confirm and report deductible information
  • Job Data Entry
    • Verify all data is in the correct fields, review during job progress to ensure updates are appropriate
  • Daily review compliance tasks to ensure correct workflow status
  • Participate in meetings as notified
  • Review compliance tasks daily
  • Review Xact Analysis for appropriate data and sync
  • Assist with Estimate review as needed
    • Paper folders
  • Assist with Moisture Data programs as needed
  • Maintain knowledge of program guidelines
  • Serve as a Manager On Call
  • Assist Project Managers and Department Managers as needed

Full Time In
- Office position. Normal working hours are Monday-Friday 8AM-4:30PM
