Colonial Webb is seeking a high-energy, friendly and organized Administrative Assistant to join our Industrial Refrigeration team. This part-time summer position will assist the Manager of IR Support and is essential to keeping our operations running smoothly. We are looking for a team player who is ready to jump in and contribute from day one.

A day in the life:
  • Enter time and process payroll for field personnel
  • Upload and download documents into electronic document systems (OnBase)
  • Enter and retrieve data from our operating system (Penta)
  • Assist with travel accommodations
  • Serve as back up when supervisor is out of the office
What we are looking for:
  • Possess current or previous experience in the Construction or Building Service industry providing administrative support (preferred, but not required)
  • Possess high school diploma or equivalent
  • Demonstrate advanced knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel and PDF editing software
  • Ability to coordinate and perform multiple tasks accurately and in a timely manner
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills
