Monday to Thursday onsite with colleagues. Fridays flexible: choose work location (onsite/offsite as needed).
Position OverviewProject Administrator in the Mid-Atlantic Region, Equipment Group. Responsibilities include routine project documentation, materials, job costing, status monitoring, invoicing, and administrative closeout. Support Project Managers, Account Managers, and project staff to ensure timely completion of each project.
Responsibilities- General administrative functions to support the equipment fulfillment process.
- Issue vendor purchase orders for non-Trane items using Worksight, iProcurement, and TAP.
- Complete the final ESU Packet and verify all equipment linked in Salesforce for ESU and SA sold with the project.
- Ensure required documentation is provided to the Service Team for proper execution and manpower planning.
- Provide customers with closeout documentation, warranty information, and electronic links to IOMs.
- Partner with the equipment team to support submission of claims.
- High School diploma or GED with up to two years of related experience or training; or equivalent education and experience.
- Strong communication skills; proactive, independent and team‑oriented.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Familiarity with HVAC system operation preferred, not required.
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as required.
Annual base salary range: $40,000.00 - $58,170.00.
