Dealership: L0593 – Priority Honda Chesapeake Service Receptionist Wanted at Priority Honda Chesapeake. Join the team and become an important part of Priority Honda Chesapeake as a Service Receptionist. As the first point of contact for our service customers, you’ll play a key role in delivering an outstanding dealership experience while supporting one of the most respected automotive groups in the nation.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Greet customers arriving for service appointments with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Assist customers with basic service inquiries and direct them to the appropriate team members
- Manage customer check‑in and waiting area needs
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
- Assist with administrative tasks, filing, and data entry
- Support the service department with various customer service and clerical duties
- Help create a positive experience that keeps customers coming back
- Previous receptionist, customer service, hospitality, or administrative experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office
- Reliable, organized, and customer‑focused
- Automotive dealership experience is a plus, but not required
