Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $21.00 per hour

What's a typical day as Administrative Assistant I? You'll be:

  • Supporting the company with daily administrative tasks and coordination across multiple properties.
  • Communicating with tenants and vendors regarding service requests, scheduling, and property updates.
  • Coordinating vendors, maintenance visits, and follow-up communications.
  • Tracking lease dates, renewals, and property-related documentation.
  • Assisting with invoice tracking, recordkeeping, and general office organization.
  • Helping to ensure smooth day-to-day operations for a growing real estate portfolio.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Have 1-4 years of administrative, office support, or customer service experience (must have).
  • Demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Are professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
  • Are comfortable multitasking and managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Have experience in real estate, property management, or accounting support (preferred, but not required).
  • Possess proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
