Administrative Coordinator Real Estate
Supports the Chief Development Officer and Real Estate Leadership Team with high‑level, confidential administrative support, including clerical, administrative, project‑based work, scheduling travel, arranging meetings, and handling information requests. Requires diplomacy, discretion, strong communication and organizational skills.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities- Manage all administrative aspects for the CDO and Real Estate Leadership team.
- Manage the schedules of the CDO, SVPs, and VPs in the Real Estate Department. Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date calendars.
- Assist the team with preparation of presentation materials and communications to senior leadership.
- Arrange travel and logistics including booking flights, car rentals, and hotel accommodations for the team. Complete expense reports for travel and related reimbursement.
- Schedule meetings, handle logistics, prepare and send materials for review prior to the meetings.
- Interact professionally with other Dollar Tree executives, associates, and outside vendors.
- Perform general administrative and clerical tasks such as answering phones, faxing, mailing, filing, and photocopying.
- Take on special projects and additional responsibilities as needed.
- 5+ years experience in an Executive Assistant or similar role at a senior executive level.
- Superb written and communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

- Ability to stay one step ahead and anticipate needs.
- Ability to meet objectives with minimal direction.

- Highly proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and other commonly used software platforms.
Start rate: $74,000‑$82,000 based on experience plus 5% bonus.
