Summary:

Support the Collision Center Painters in prepping vehicles for the final stages of painting and then detailing them when the painting is complete.

Essential Duties:

* Experienced in prepping vehicle for the paint booth.

* Experienced paint application once the vehicle is finished in prepping for final re-assembly.

* Preps and details vehicles for delivery back to the customer.

* Keeps shop area neat and clean.

* Uses proper eye, hand, and body protection when using products that require protection.

* Attends all Dealership and Collision Center meetings when requested.

* Provides exceptional customer service.

* Additional duties as assigned.

Additional Responsibilities:

* Adherence to all attendance and punctuality standards.

* Adherence to timekeeping standards:
Employees are required to record the beginning and ending times of any shift, meal break or departure from work for personal reasons.

* Maintains a professional business appearance in Company approved logo wear.

* Follow the Company's Code of Business Ethics and Conduct.

Qualifications:

* EXPERIENCED ONLY!!!

* High school diploma or equivalent.

* Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.

* Must have a valid Driver's License and a good driving record.

* Must be able to pass background check and drug screening.

Working Conditions:

* This physically demanding position requires frequent movement; (i.e. bending, lifting, reaching, squatting, and getting into and out of various Vehicles) repeatedly during the work shift.
