Automotive Service Advisor (Customer Service) Job Responsibilities

• As an Automotive Service Advisor, you will greet customers, schedule service appointments, and receive vehicle information.
• You will be responsible for listening to requests of the service desired and clearly explaining information on the repair order.
• Automotive Service Advisor responsibilities:
• Accurate write up of customer information and repairs requested
• Communicate with technicians
• Communicate any additional work or time required to the customer
• Accurately enter information into the shop management program
• Make appointments for customers
• Provide a high level of customer service
• Getting customer approval to do additional work and explaining the work performed and the charges being billed

Automotive Service Advisor (Customer Service) Job Requirements

• Valid driver’s license – clean driving record
