Banister Automotive Group is seeking experienced, motivated, and career-focused Automotive Service Technicians to join our growing team. • Flat Rate Pay: $21.00 - $35.00 per flagged hour
• Compensation based on experience, certifications, skill level, and performance
• Consistent workflow and earning potential

• Perform vehicle inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs according to manufacturer standards
• Diagnose and repair engine, transmission, brake, steering, suspension, electrical, HVAC, and drivability concerns
• Accurately document repair recommendations and completed work
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and management regarding repair status and additional service needs
• Maintain productivity and efficiency goals while ensuring quality workmanship
• Follow all dealership safety policies and procedures
• Keep work area clean and organized
• Participate in manufacturer and dealership training programs

• ASE Certifications preferred but not required
• Manufacturer certifications are a plus
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to operate shop equipment and diagnostic tools
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality repairs
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
