• Utilize local market knowledge for logistics, weather, and regulatory compliance.

• 10+ years as a Superintendent on commercial construction ($40M+ projects essential).
• Deep roots in Hampton Roads with proven local project success (no multifamily focus).
• OSHA 30, first aid certified, proficient in daily reporting and software tools.
• Leadership-driven, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure.
