We are seeking a Construction Superintendent to oversee field operations and jobsite execution for commercial construction projects.
Responsibilities- Lead day to day onsite operations for commercial projects including industrial, educational, healthcare, and pre engineered metal buildings
- Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, deliveries, and site logistics to maintain project schedules and productivity
- Enforce safety standards, quality control, and compliance with project plans and specifications
- Partner closely with Project Managers to track progress, resolve field issues, and drive timely project completion
- Proven experience serving as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects
- Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, scheduling, inspections, and safety standards
- Ability to lead subcontractors and field crews in a fast paced environment
- Strong communication, problem solving, and organizational skills
