We are currently seeking a Senior Superintendent for our Transportation Division located in Chesapeake, VA. Our four‑generation family‑owned business is fast‑growing and technology‑focused. • Planning and implementing construction means/methods for residential high‑rise projects, schedules, productivity innovations and site logistics in the Chicagoland area.
• Selection of field site personnel.
• Monitoring job costs and productivity on projects.
• On‑site coordination of manpower, materials and equipment.
• Developing, monitoring and executing the project construction plan and schedule.
• Supervising, training, coaching and mentoring field personnel.
• Demonstrating commitment to Walsh Safety and Quality programs.
• Organizing and coordinating all subcontractor activities.
• Project close‑out responsibilities including final inspections, deficiencies, warranty work and site demolition.
• Working with owners to ensure projects are built in accordance with contract documents.
• Participating in development and review of work plans for major/high‑risk activities.

• High School diploma.
• 10+ years of experience.
• Basic computer skills preferred.
• Specific roles may require relocation.
