Job Description
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Private Residence Clubwith high-end amenities areas located on the side of a mountain within a world-renowned ski resort located at the edge of the Grand Teton National Park. Ultra-luxury custom condominium residence building with unparalleled Public Area Amenities consisting of a European Wet Spa, indoor Pool, Restaurant and Bar, Lounge, Ski Locker/Lounge, etc. Project is underway and in various stages of in-wall rough MEP and drywall.
COMPENSATION
Salary commensurate with experience. Completion bonus – amount TBD. Temporary housing costs will be fully reimbursed. Bring own vehicle, vehicle allowance will be provided.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must have 10-15 years of experience in luxury five-star interior public space construction and a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Finish Superintendent.
- Highly focused and quality driven individual.
- Highly organized and capable of managing large volumes of priorities in an intense environment.
- Positive team player on a large team of construction management professionals and experienced subcontractors.
- Verifiable references will be required.
- Effective communicator using all modern methods such as email, text, etc. and computer capable with field use of typical construction documentation software to verify and use plans and specifications.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Bottom line responsibility for project delivery of all Public Space Amenity Interiors. Interface with Interior Rough Superintendent, MEP Superintendent, Schedulers, and Building Inspectors. Reports to Sr. Construction Manager for all building interiors.

Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise Finish Construction
:
Take responsibility for and oversee all finish construction activities within Public Amenity Spaces, ensuring adherence to plans, specifications, local building codes, and compliance with permits and approvals. - Coordinate with Project Leaders

Consult regularly with Site Superintendents, the Manager of Field Operations, and the Project Manager to maintain and adjust the project schedule, addressing design, safety, construction, engineering, and scheduling issues as they arise. - Weekly Planning and Scheduling
:
Plan the upcoming week’s workload, prepare look-ahead schedules in alignment with the Construction Schedule, and coordinate labor and materials on-site to identify and address any issues that may impede progress. - Cost Management

Work with the Cost Manager to maintain control over pre-approved T&M costs related to ASIs, RFIs, and CCDs, ensuring these are reviewed…
