Senior Superintendent | Commercial Contractor

Salary: $145,000 - $200,000 per year

We are seeking a Construction Superintendent to oversee field operations and jobsite execution for commercial construction projects.

• Lead day to day onsite operations for commercial projects including industrial, educational, healthcare, and pre engineered metal buildings
• Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, deliveries, and site logistics to maintain project schedules and productivity
• Enforce safety standards, quality control, and compliance with project plans and specifications
• Partner closely with Project Managers to track progress, resolve field issues, and drive timely project completion

• Proven experience serving as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects
• Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, scheduling, inspections, and safety standards
• Ability to lead subcontractors and field crews in a fast paced environment
• Strong communication, problem solving, and organizational skills
