Job DescriptionExperience:
Mid Level
Salary: $110,000 - $125,000 per year
Job Details- Oversee daily field operations for a $10M office and fabrication shop construction project
- Manage subcontractor scheduling, coordination, and performance
- Enforce jobsite safety programs and ensure OSHA compliance
- Maintain project schedule and proactively address delays or conflicts
- Coordinate with project managers, owners, and design teams on progress and RFIs
- Conduct quality control inspections throughout all phases of construction
- Manage material deliveries, site logistics, and jobsite documentation
- Lead daily toolbox talks and safety meetings
- Track and report progress against project milestones and budget
