Job Responsibilities

• Review project drawings and specifications with Sales and Engineering to define scope, plan construction methods, and develop installation cost estimates including labor, supervision, and field support.
• Manage communication and coordination with all project stakeholders to ensure projects progress as planned.
• Coordinate manpower, material handling, safety planning, site purchasing, and equipment rentals to support project execution.
• Monitor and control costs associated with assigned projects to ensure alignment with estimates and budgets.
• Prepare project schedules, status updates, and manpower reports based on site conditions, equipment delivery timelines, and overall project progress.
• Conduct mandatory pre‑job meetings with site supervisors and clients, focusing on hazard assessments and the protection of customer property.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in construction, industrial piping, ammonia refrigeration, or project coordination.
• Ability to assist with managing multiple projects in various phases of construction.
• Experience supporting project schedules, resource planning, and project documentation.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and clients.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; MS Project experience preferred.
• Basic financial tracking, budgeting, and forecasting experience preferred.
