What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound and outbound service calls with professionalism and urgency.
- Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a smooth service experience.
- Work closely with service advisors and management to meet department goals.
- Maintain accurate records and communication logs.
- Strong verbal communication and customer‑service skills.
- Comfortable on the phone and able to handle a high call volume.
- Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to multitask.
- Previous BDC or call‑center experience is a plus, but not required.
- A positive attitude and a team‑player mentality.
