Customer Support Specialist

notifyMD is eagerly awaiting your application for our full-time positions. Join our team as a Customer Success Specialist as we ramp up for the summer months to service our many commercial accounts in the HVAC and maintenance industries.

You will work in a front desk reception function taking messages and getting callers in touch with those who can help them and their emergency situations. You will be part of a passionate and friendly team, working in a fast-paced environment.

We are currently hiring for Full Time - 10 Hour Shift, Onsite positions.

• Professionally handling incoming calls
• Greeting callers with a polite and pleasant tone
• Gathering and relaying required information
• Verifying and entering information accurately into our system

• A welcoming voice with an upbeat tone
• Strong command of the English language with good spelling and grammar
• Computer skills in a Windows based environment
• Good attendance
• The ability to type 35 words per minute or more
• Availability to work one weekend day

Compensation: $17.50 / Hour
