Team Leader – Auto Wash. Earn $17.50 per hour while guiding a high‑performance team in delivering fast, eco‑friendly washes and superior customer service. This role offers a clear path to advancement within Express Wash Concepts.

• Deliver outstanding customer service and drive sales growth.
• Maintain rigorous quality standards and accurate quality control checks.
• Greet customers and create a positive first impression.
• Educate customers about the Unlimited Wash Club and promote its benefits.
• Engage customers pre‑ and post‑wash to achieve 100% satisfaction.
• Lead the team to achieve and sustain high‑quality service.
• Address customer escalations calmly and effectively.
• Operate basic retail equipment and understand the wash process.
• Drive team performance to exceed service standards.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• High school diploma, equivalent, or current enrollment.
• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Positive attitude, willingness to take direction, and professional appearance.
• Follow safety guidelines and wear required safety equipment.

• Must stand and move throughout the site for the entire shift.
• Work on feet in a fast‑paced environment.
