Pediatric Dentist opportunity in Chesapeake, Virginia, with a compensation package of $350,000.

As a supported Pediatric Dentist with Heartland Dental, you will provide dental care to infants, children, and adolescents while working in a supportive office environment that offers full clinical autonomy.

• Provide comprehensive pediatric dental care to infants, children, and adolescents.
• Deliver care in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations, including HIPAA training and protection of PHI.
• Attend periodic virtual and in‑person training sessions throughout the year.
• Become credentialed with various dental insurance plans to ensure seamless coverage for patients.
• Undergo required tuberculosis (TB) testing as part of the pre‑employment process.

• DDS or DMD degree with completion of a pediatric dentistry residency program or certificate in pediatric dentistry.
• Active and unrestricted license to practice dentistry in the state of Virginia.
• Dedication to delivering patient‑centered care and a passion for continuous learning.

• Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Adaptability to prolonged periods of sitting and standing.
• Physical stamina to lift and carry up to 45 pounds when necessary.
