Registered Dental Hygienist

Overview

Pay range $55-70 per hour, negotiable depending on experience. Up to $10k sign‑on or relocation bonus for full‑time and $5k for part‑time. Benefits include 401(k), PTO, continuing education credits, and flexible schedules. We offer a comprehensive benefits package.

• Deliver direct dental care and associated services to patients under the general supervision of a dentist.
• Provide quality and compassionate care to every patient.
• Perform scaling and prophylaxis, take x‑rays, apply sealants and fluoride, and other related procedures under dentist supervision.
• Offer same‑day care and assist in the entire treatment process.
• Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene instruction.
• Assess dental condition and review medical history.
• Assist with dental and perio charting when necessary and take x‑rays, saving files into patient charts.
• Provide excellent customer service and memorable patient experiences.

• Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing.
• CPR (BLS) certification from ARC or AHA, including hands‑on skill assessment (required upon hire).
• Ability to work in a team and maintain mutual respect and cooperation.
