Responsibilities
As a Dental Hygienist, you will provide exceptional patient care while partnering with practice leadership and the clinical team to:
- Deliver high-quality preventive and periodontal care.
- Educate patients on oral health, recommended treatment, and long-term wellness.
- Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation.
- Support consistent hygiene workflows, protocols, and scheduling standards.
- Promote strong communication and collaboration between hygiene, doctors, and the administrative/business team.
- Help strengthen patient retention, reappointment, and preventive-care compliance.
- Identify opportunities to improve the patient experience and support practice operations.
- Contribute to a strong, scalable, successful, and rewarding hygiene department.
- Support team growth and help build effective hygiene systems and processes.

- $50-$58per hour, based on experience
