Dental Hygienist

Responsibilities

As a Dental Hygienist, you will provide exceptional patient care while partnering with practice leadership and the clinical team to:

• Deliver high-quality preventive and periodontal care.
• Educate patients on oral health, recommended treatment, and long-term wellness.
• Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation.
• Support consistent hygiene workflows, protocols, and scheduling standards.
• Promote strong communication and collaboration between hygiene, doctors, and the administrative/business team.
• Help strengthen patient retention, reappointment, and preventive-care compliance.
• Identify opportunities to improve the patient experience and support practice operations.
• Contribute to a strong, scalable, successful, and rewarding hygiene department.
• Support team growth and help build effective hygiene systems and processes.

• $50-$58per hour, based on experience
