, committed to providing excellent patient care across a broad range of procedures. We have a brand new state of the art facility in chesapeake. Our oceanfront location is very nice, but we will be starting construction of a new facility at the oceanfront within the year.

As well our offices are equipped with multiple hard/soft tissue lasers, surgical robot (yomi), cbct, primescan and full cadcam workflows at both offices, new trios scanners, and 3d printers.

I am in the process of merging with another office and creating a 10M+ megagroup practice. We may even do a joint venture with a dso in 5 years or so.

I will be making lucrative equity oppurtunity available for the right associate.

Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation: 30–35% of collections

• Expected Earnings: $200K–$400K annually

• Benefits May Include:

The Opportunity
This is a full-time opportunity in a high-volume, patient-centered practice. The associate will work Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–5:00 PM
, delivering comprehensive general dentistry across all ages.

Procedures include:

• Full scope general dentistry

• Restorative procedures, crowns, and bridges

• Extractions and surgical procedures

• Endodontics (root canals)

• Implants (placement and restoration)

• Cosmetic dentistry and Invisalign

• TMJ/TMD therapy

• Digital dentistry with YOMI-assisted robotics

Technology & Tools: Digital X-rays, 3D imaging, CAD/CAM systems, laser dentistry, YOMI robotic-assisted endodontics, electronic health records
