Architectural Designer / Architect (Hybrid)

We are partnering with a multi-discipline architecture firm seeking a team-oriented Architectural Designer or Architect. This role is focused on hands‑on production work, supporting project teams across design and documentation phases, and offers the opportunity to grow within a collaborative environment.

• Support project teams with architectural design and documentation across all phases.
• Prepare and update drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details.
• Apply building and accessibility codes with guidance from senior staff.
• Coordinate with consultants (structural, MEP, etc.) to support overall design intent.
• Assist with design updates as project requirements evolve.
• Support construction‑phase coordination and respond to field‑related updates.
• Participate in internal team meetings and project coordination efforts.

• Degree in Architecture; licensure or progress toward licensure preferred.
• 3–6 years of professional experience in an architectural setting.
• Working knowledge of building and accessibility codes.
• Basic understanding of building construction systems.
• Experience contributing to architectural document production across multiple phases.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication, organization, and time‑management skills.
