Required Skills:

• Valid medical license to practice in Virginia.
• Board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics & Gynecology.
• Proven experience as an OB Hospitalist or in a similar inpatient obstetric care setting.
• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Nice to Have

Skills:

• Experience with electronic medical record systems.
• Advanced certification in fetal monitoring or obstetric emergencies.
• Prior experience in a hospitalist or full-scope OB practice.

Preferred

Education and Experience:

• Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in obstetrics, with recent inpatient OB experience preferred.

Other Requirements:

• COVID-19 vaccination and adherence to hospital infection control policies.
• Ability to work on short-term or day-to-day assignments with flexibility.
• Must possess or be willing to obtain state licensure and necessary certifications.
