Compensation

Sign-on bonus
Annual cash bonus up $25,000
Monthly stipend for PMHNP collaboration
Generous 'above market' compensation + unlimited/uncapped earnings
Additional compensation for collaboration with mid-level providers
Annual income potential: $268,000 to $369,000+, compensation model based on productivity

Requirements

MD or DO degree
Board-certified or board-eligible (BE/BC)
Fully licensed in Virginia with unencumbered DEA
Experienced with both medication management as well as therapy
Must reside in Virginia
