The Program Specialist will be the face of the Boosterthon program on elementary school campuses. This role is available in full-time and part-time capacities and is suitable for early-career professionals seeking hands‑on experience.
Responsibilities- Teach and present a character-based curriculum to students.
- Set up and host the Boosterthon Fun Run fundraiser.
- Motivate students to participate and raise funds for their school.
- Engage with teachers, parents, and school administrators.
- Model fitness, leadership, and character as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills; professional and enthusiastic with students, faculty, and staff.
- Positive attitude: optimism, enthusiasm, and intentionality in all interactions.
- Growth mindset: continual desire to learn and grow personally and professionally.
- Good judgment: strong self‑awareness and emotional intelligence.
- Outcome‑oriented: hard worker who gets things done promptly and efficiently.
- Enthusiastic engagement with students, faculty, and staff.
- Licensed driver with reliable transportation.
- Pass Booster’s background and motor‑vehicle check.
- Ability to lift up to 45 lbs and remain active throughout the day.
- Full‑day availability (7:00am–4:00pm) on scheduled workdays.

$13–$15 per hour, non‑exempt.
