Raytheon seeks a Test Technician who will conduct tests on electronic and mechanical systems, ensuring high-quality standards are met. The candidate will work closely with engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues, document test procedures, and maintain test equipment.

• Conduct functional and performance testing on electronic and mechanical systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve test failures to the component level.
• Document test procedures and results accurately.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve test processes and methodologies.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Maintain and calibrate test equipment.
• Communicate work status effectively to team members and support staff.

• HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in a testing environment.
• Experience with testing equipment and software.

• Experience conducting tests and documenting results.
• Experience troubleshooting and resolving issues effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with engineering teams and document procedures.
• Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
