Main RoleRaytheon seeks a Test Technician who will conduct tests on electronic and mechanical systems, ensuring high-quality standards are met. The candidate will work closely with engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues, document test procedures, and maintain test equipment.
Responsibilities- Conduct functional and performance testing on electronic and mechanical systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve test failures to the component level.
- Document test procedures and results accurately.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve test processes and methodologies.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Maintain and calibrate test equipment.
- Communicate work status effectively to team members and support staff.
- HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in a testing environment.
- Experience with testing equipment and software.
- Experience conducting tests and documenting results.
- Experience troubleshooting and resolving issues effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with engineering teams and document procedures.
- Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
