Location & SalaryLocation:
Chesapeake, VA. Salary Range: $68,900 – $131,100 USD.
- Design, control, and improve the manufacturing process through collaboration with a multi‑disciplined team.
- Improve cycle time and lead time.
- Implement manufacturing process control and performance monitoring.
- Translate engineering design requirements into manufacturing processes.
- Perform hardware defect analysis.
- Design and fabricate Test Fixtures and Test Stations.
- Take complex measurements with various measurement tools.
- Develop Test Fixture and Test Station drawing packages.
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience.
- At least 1 year of experience in Test Fixture design and drawing package development.
- At least 1 year of experience in AutoCAD or equivalent software.
- Preferred: experience in manufacturing and troubleshooting electromechanical assemblies.
- Preferred: experience with technical writing.
- Preferred: experience with Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerance analysis.
- Preferred: experience interpreting technical documentation.
- Preferred: experience with project execution.
