Location:

Chesapeake, VA. Salary Range: $68,900 – $131,100 USD.

• Design, control, and improve the manufacturing process through collaboration with a multi‑disciplined team.
• Improve cycle time and lead time.
• Implement manufacturing process control and performance monitoring.
• Translate engineering design requirements into manufacturing processes.
• Perform hardware defect analysis.
• Design and fabricate Test Fixtures and Test Stations.
• Take complex measurements with various measurement tools.
• Develop Test Fixture and Test Station drawing packages.

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in Test Fixture design and drawing package development.
• At least 1 year of experience in AutoCAD or equivalent software.
• Preferred: experience in manufacturing and troubleshooting electromechanical assemblies.
• Preferred: experience with technical writing.
• Preferred: experience with Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerance analysis.
• Preferred: experience interpreting technical documentation.
• Preferred: experience with project execution.
