Senior Engineering Project Manager

Our client, an industry leader in agricultural products and services, is seeking a Senior Engineering Project Manager to join their team. As a Senior Engineering Project Manager, you will be part of the Engineering Department supporting large-scale infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a strategic mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

** Pay Range:** $140,000 - $165,000

** What's the Job?*
* + Lead the delivery of complex capital projects supporting capacity expansion, modernization, safety, and reliability across facilities.

+ Develop and execute Project Execution Plans (PEPs), schedules, and budgets in line with corporate governance standards.

+ Coordinate engineering design development, reviews, and approvals to ensure constructability and compliance.

+ Oversee construction, installation, and commissioning activities to ensure project deliverables meet operational requirements.

+ Partner with operations, environmental, safety, and quality teams to ensure project success and regulatory compliance.

** What's Needed?*
* + Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial, or related discipline).

+ 8-12+ years of experience managing capital or engineering projects in industrial, manufacturing, or food processing environments.

+ Proven experience leading multimillion-dollar projects with strong project controls, budgeting, and scheduling skills.

+ Ability to lead cross-functional teams and work effectively in plant environments.

+ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
