The City of Chesapeake Virginia is seeking an Engineering Manager in the Development & Permits department to lead and coordinate all operations within the engineering division in Chesapeake, VA.
The successful candidate will manage daily operations, supervise staff, oversee design reviews and capital projects, and ensure compliance with engineering principles and local ordinances.
A bachelor’s degree in civil engineering is required; a master’s degree is preferred, and a PE license is required.
