The Senior Waterfront Engineering & Production Integration Lead serves as TMMG's senior on-site engineering representative supporting TOTE Services throughout the design maturation, production planning, construction, equipment integration, testing, and vessel delivery phases of the LSM VCM Program. This position bridges the gap between the design agent, shipbuilder, equipment vendors, ABS, the Program Management Office, production trades, and the customer to ensure engineering decisions are translated into efficient, executable ship construction.

Unlike a traditional design engineer, this individual is responsible for ensuring that engineering documentation, vendor information, equipment selections, production methods, and installation sequencing are technically correct, constructible, producible, and aligned with schedule objectives before work reaches the waterfront.

The position focuses on proactively identifying technical risks, preventing engineering rework, reducing production disruptions, and ensuring successful integration of all shipboard systems from engineering through testing and delivery.

This individual serves as one of TMMG's principal technical advisors supporting TOTE's LSM VCM Program.
