Duties
Interview incoming guests to determine their status in order to assign appropriate quarters. Assist clientele in the completion of required rules and regulations governing the assignment and use of quarters; issue room keys and provide statement of non‑availability when applicable. Post registration card, orient guests concerning use of facility and equipment, and other facilities available on post. Compute charges for guests checking out, receive payments and room keys, render receipts.
At end of shift, account for and secure cash.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications- Minimum:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide at the level necessary to complete required reports. - Preferred:
Minimum one year of experience performing the full range of administrative practices related to rental and inspection of hotel or housing facilities. - Preferred:
Skill to process customer complaints, prepare reports, and control inventory of furniture, household supplies and equipment. - Preferred:
Knowledge to provide general assistance to other facility personnel and perform services such as accept reservations, register guests, assign rooms, issue keys, calculate and post charges to guests' account, present statements, collect payments, and maintain records. - Preferred:
Knowledge of basic cash handling techniques.

- Residency requirements:
Non‑U.S. nationals authorized to work in the U.S. must have resided within the United States, U.S. territories, for at least three of the last five years. - Selectee will be required to participate in Direct Deposit/Electronic Funds Transfer as the standard method of payment.
