We are seeking a dynamic and detail‑oriented permanent manager for our Corporate Accounting team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing organization where you will have the chance to lead a team of finance professionals and apply your expertise in financial management, budgeting, and accounting. This role is perfect for a seasoned professional with public company experience and a strong understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
Responsibilities- Oversee the corporate accounting team and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial reports.
- Develop and manage the company’s budgeting process.
- Prepare financial statements in accordance with IFRS.
- Collaborate with other department heads to align financial management with company operations.
- Provide leadership and support to the corporate accounting team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and mutual respect.
- Utilize advanced Excel skills for financial analysis and reporting.
- Continuously evaluate and improve financial and operational processes.
- Participate in strategic planning and decision‑making at the managerial level.
- MBA, CMA, or CPA.
- A minimum of 6 years of management or operational accounting experience.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in public accounting.
- Proven experience managing a team of finance professionals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel.
- Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
- Extensive knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
- Demonstrated ability in financial management, budgeting, and accounting.
