The role of the Digital Loan Fulfillment Specialist is to assist members and potential members with their consumer lending and home equity line of credit needs over the telephone and via the internet; process loan applications, fund consumer loans, explain services, set up new accounts, respond to problems, and ensure proper documentation and compliance.
Key Responsibilities- Interview members for all consumer lending products. Prepare loan application with proper documentation for loan officer review. Process all loan applications via telephone and internet within a timely manner.
- Fund and disburse approved loans and ensure all stipulations are met. Assure loan documents are in compliance with policies and procedures. Open new member accounts when necessary, and ensure proper documentation is received.
- Identify cross‑sell opportunities, including ancillary products, and cross‑sell services to members.
- Process member requests to include due date changes, extensions, etc. Answer questions about products and services and resolve problems that are within their authority to resolve.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent. - Experience:
One to three years of similar or related experience. - Other
Skills:- Possesses a broad knowledge of consumer lending, policies, and procedures. Prior loan and/or HELOC processing skills highly desired.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with members and employees both in person and over the telephone.
- Must be able to operate a PC and related equipment with average speed and accuracy.
- Working experience with Microsoft Suite to include Teams, Outlook, Word, SharePoint, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to obtain an NMLS number for residential mortgage originating mandated under SAFE Act governance.

Must be able to sit or stand at a computer for extended periods of time and be able to lift up to 10 pounds. - Interpersonal
Skills:
Work involves much personal contact with others inside and/or outside the organization for the purpose of first‑level conflict resolution, building relationships, and soliciting cooperation. Discussions involve a higher degree of confidentiality and discretion, requiring diplomacy and tact in communication. - Work Environment:
