Seven Healthcare is seeking a skilled and motivated  PCU RN  for a  travel assignment in Norfolk, VA . This opportunity offers an competitive daily rate of:  $750,   this   for   a per diem , scheduled as  night shifts .

Key Responsibilities:

Assessing and monitoring patients' conditions, reviewing medical histories, and conducting thorough physical examinations
Developing and implementing individualized care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
Administering medications and treatments as prescribed and evaluating the patient's response
Monitoring vital signs, identifying any changes or abnormalities, and initiating appropriate interventions
Utilizing advanced monitoring equipment and technologies to ensure accurate and timely patient assessments
Assisting doctors during various medical procedures and examinations, providing necessary support and documentation
Educating patients and their families about their conditions, treatments, and available resources for proper management
Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to coordinate and facilitate the delivery of comprehensive patient care
Maintaining accurate and organized patient records, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to legal and ethical standards
Participating in ongoing professional development activities to enhance knowledge and skills in PCU nursing

Requirements:

• Active  RN license in Virgina  (or compact license)

• Minimum  1 year of recent PCU experience

• BLS, ACLS certifications  required

• Strong critical thinking, multitasking, and communication skills
