Interventional Radiology Technologist – Chesapeake, VA
Stability Healthcare is seeking a local contract Interventional Radiology Technologist for a 13‑week assignment in Chesapeake, Virginia. The position is a local contract role requiring 40 hours per week on 10‑hour shifts (days).
Contract length: 13 weeks
.
- Assist physicians in interventional procedures and procedures involving imaging.
- Conduct organ or body scans and provide diagnostic assistance to patients.
- Administer small amounts of radioactive substances called radiopharmaceuticals and other medications for diagnostic and therapeutic purposes.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Interventional Radiology Technologist.
- Valid state license or credential required for technologist practice.
- Ability to work 10‑hour days on a local contract basis.
- $600 travel bonus upon start.
- Day 1 health insurance with United Healthcare.
- PTO plan starting day 1 (use during contract or cash out at the end).
- Guaranteed stipend if the facility calls you off.
- Extra hour bonus for hours worked beyond the weekly contracted hours.
- Pay based on 10‑hour shifts and 40 hours per week with a tax‑free stipend (amount to be confirmed).
