Responsibilities

As an Occupational Therapy Assistant, you implement occupational therapy programs and activities, follow developed recovery plans, and deliver therapy treatments. You address the whole patient, restore and reinforce physical abilities and independence, adapt to the patient's needs, collaborate with peers, refer for additional care when necessary, and put patients first to ensure the highest quality of service in a caring and compassionate atmosphere.

Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program according to AOTA & ACOTE standards.
  • Initial certification obtained from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
  • Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required in the state of practice.
  • Compensation

    USD $33.00 - $35.00 per hour.
