Physical Therapy Assistant

Sentara Therapy Center Greenbrier is hiring a Physical Therapy Assistant in Chesapeake, Virginia.

This is a Part-time, Day shift with great benefits.

As a Physical Therapist Assistant with Sentara, you will administer physical therapy treatments and procedures under the supervision of a physical therapist.

May assist in the development of treatment plans, carry out routine functions, and document the progress of treatment within the scope of treatment plans established by a physical therapist.

Provides age‑appropriate education for clients and caregivers. Supervise and assume responsibility for care provided by identified team members.

Education
:

• Associate Level Degree in Physical Therapy Assistant (Required)

Certification
:

• Basic Life Support (BLS) – American Heart Association (AHA)
• RQI American Heart Association (AHA)
