• Competitive compensation: $13-$25/hour. Actual pay depends on specialty, experience, schedule and job duties

• Greet and assist patients warmly and professionally—both in person and over the phone
• Schedule appointments accurately while balancing efficiency and patient needs
• Manage patient check-in and check-out, ensuring all required information is collected and documented
• Route messages and documentation through the electronic medical record (EMR) system
• Provide essential administrative support to keep daily operations running smoothly
• Safeguard patient privacy and maintain strict confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA standards

• Outstanding customer service and communication skills
• Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Comfort using phones, computers, and scheduling systems
• Previous experience in a medical office or healthcare setting preferred
• A positive, team-first mindset with a professional approach to patient care
