Hertford Rehabilitation And Healthcare Center is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team. The facility offers full-time, part-time, or PRN opportunities with a focus on senior care within a long-term care setting.
The OT will perform comprehensive evaluations, develop treatment plans, coordinate with MD orders, and document progress and discharge summaries. AOTA-recognized OT degrees and current licensure are required; SNF experience is preferred.
