Clinical Psychologist

Life Stance Health seeks a Clinical Psychologist to provide evidence-based assessment and psychotherapy in a patient-centered, hybrid practice. In this role, you will deliver individual, group, and family therapy via both telehealth and in-office visits, focusing on accurate diagnosis, collaborative treatment planning, and measurable symptom improvement. You will coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team, document in an EHR, and uphold the highest ethical standards.

• Provide individual, group, and family psychotherapy using evidence-based modalities
• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments and formulate treatment plans
• Deliver care via both telehealth and in-office sessions
• Monitor patient progress using outcome measures and adjust care plans
• Document services and maintain accurate, timely clinical records in the EHR
• Coordinate care with psychiatrists, primary care providers, and other clinicians
• Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and quality initiatives
• Uphold ethical, legal, and regulatory standards in all clinical work
• Contribute to a collaborative, patient-centered practice culture
• Clinical assessment and diagnosis (DSM-5-TR)
• Evidence-based psychotherapies (e.g., CBT, DBT, ACT)
• Risk assessment and crisis intervention
• Treatment planning and documentation
• Use of EHR systems
• Telehealth service delivery
• Outcome measurement and progress monitoring

• Ethical and legal standards in clinical practice
